Eligibility Information
Eligibility
All full-time employees working 30 hours or more per week are eligible to participate in the employee benefits program. You may also enroll your eligible dependents for coverage under the same plans you choose for yourself. Eligible dependents include:
- Legal spouse
- Legally registered domestic partner (same and opposite sex)
- Your dependent children up to age 26
- Disabled children who have reached the maximum age and who are physically or mentally incapable of self-support (medical certification required)
Waiting Period and Effective Date
You are eligible to participate in the employee benefits program on the first day of the month following 60 days of continuous employment (i.e., hired on 7/15, you become eligible on 10/1).
